Professional Biography

Experience grounded in ownership, finance and service.

I have been managing investment real estate since 1998. The majority of my business has come through long-term client relationships, referrals, and word-of-mouth recommendations.

My career began after earning a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California (USC). I initially worked in accounting and finance before discovering my passion for real estate investment and property management. To build a strong foundation in the industry, I completed coursework through UCLA in Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Law, Real Estate Finance, and Property Management, and later obtained my California Real Estate Broker's License.

I then joined a private equity real estate investment firm, where I spent seven years managing investment properties and gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of real estate operations, asset management, and investor relations. That experience provided the framework for the management philosophy I continue to practice today.

During that time, I partnered with my father and brother-in-law to purchase a 59-unit apartment community in Los Angeles' Koreatown. As the managing partner for the property, I oversaw all day-to-day operations, capital improvements, leasing, financial management, and long-term planning. Over a ten-year period, our investment appreciated by approximately 300%, reinforcing my belief that proactive, disciplined management directly contributes to long-term property value.

Following my experience in private equity, I launched my own property management company, Grand Manor Management. I began with just two clients who owned a combined portfolio of ten properties, including multifamily, retail, and industrial assets. Through exceptional client service, referrals, and the continued growth of my clients' investment portfolios, the business expanded organically.

Throughout my career, I have managed more than 348 residential units, over 25,000 square feet of retail space, and more than 35,000 square feet of industrial property.

My management philosophy is simple: treat every property as though I own it.
