Steven Karas, President of Grand Manor Management, Inc., has been in the real estate investment and property management business since 1992. During this time, Steven has owned and managed a

multitude of properties in and around the Los Angeles area. His hands-on knowledge of investment property operations including budgeting, renovation, repositioning and market strategy will give an investor the competitive edge in their pursuit of financial stability and asset appreciation.

Steven earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker. In December 1997, he formed a new property management company named Grand Manor Management, Inc.. The company’s portfolio consists of apartment complexes ranging in size from 16 units to 150 units, small retail strip centers ranging in size from 8,000 square feet to 25,000 square feet, as well as industrial buildings. Grand Manor Management, Inc., currently manages well over 100 million dollars of real estate. The property locations range between Ventura County, Los Angeles County and San Bernardino County.
